Abstract
AbstractThe Constitution of India is primarily a social document whose objective is to develop a just social order incorporating all the facts of the society [1]. The Constitution of the country contains very valuable instructions for the future of the country i.e. the safety of the children. The framers of the Constitution were smart enough to understand this problem which the country is facing after its independence. Therefore the constitution includes these provisions for the welfare of children.
